Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information S.L.A.Z. Marketing Media ("S.L.A.Z.", "we", "us") collects through slazmarketing.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We are a paid-media agency based in Los Angeles, California. Questions go to simon@slazmarketing.com or (818) 489-6655.
What we collect
- What you type into the booking form: your name, phone number, email address, industry, monthly ad spend range, anything you write about your biggest problem, the call time you pick, and your agreement to be contacted.
- What you send us directly: emails, phone calls and anything you share on a call.
- Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Analytics and advertising data, only if you accept cookies: which pages you viewed, which buttons you clicked and which ad brought you here. See the Cookie Policy.
How we use it
- To book, hold and follow up on the call you requested.
- To contact you by phone or email about your request. You agree to this with the checkbox on the form.
- To prepare a quote or proposal if you ask for one.
- If you accept analytics cookies: to understand which pages and ads lead to booked calls so we can improve the site and our own advertising.
- To meet legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse.
We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run this site and our booking, and only for those purposes:
- Cal.com to schedule the call and send the calendar invite.
- Formspree to deliver your form details to our inbox.
- Shopify to host the website.
- Google and Meta advertising and analytics tools, only if you accept analytics and advertising cookies.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up on your request. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the working relationship lasts and as required for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing simon@slazmarketing.com.
- You can change your cookie choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a choice of essential cookies only.
California residents
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information. You can opt out of sharing by choosing "Essential only" in cookie settings. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, email us. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and our providers protect the data they process for us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
