Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to your use of slazmarketing.com (the "site"), operated by S.L.A.Z. Marketing Media ("S.L.A.Z.", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What the site is for
The site describes our paid-media services and lets you book a free 15-minute call. Nothing on the site is an offer to provide services. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement takes priority over these terms.
2. No guaranteed results
Advertising results depend on things outside our control, including your market, competition, budget, pricing, how quickly your team answers leads, and the ad platforms themselves. Anything on this site, or said on a call, about how advertising works is general information, not a promise of any particular number of leads, calls, jobs, revenue or cost.
3. Booking a call
When you book, you agree to give accurate contact details. You can reschedule or cancel using the link in your calendar invite. We may reschedule or decline a call, for example if we already work with a direct competitor in your market.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law, send spam or automated submissions, try to access systems you're not allowed to, or interfere with how the site works.
5. Intellectual property
The site's text, design, logo and graphics belong to S.L.A.Z. or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Third-party services
The site uses third-party services such as Cal.com for scheduling and links to other websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, including that it will be error-free or always available.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, S.L.A.Z. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle your information.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about them will be handled in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
