Credentials you can check, and limits we will say out loud.

01

Six Google Ads certifications. Meta Blueprint across all advertising areas.

These are exam-based credentials issued by the platforms themselves, and they expire — which means they have to be re-earned rather than framed once. They do not prove someone can run a profitable account. What they prove is that the person touching your budget knows the machinery: how bidding actually resolves, what the attribution settings are doing to your reported numbers, and which levers exist below the automated defaults.

A certification is a floor, not a result. We list them because they are checkable, not because they are impressive.

02How we operate

Four rules we do not break.

  1. 01

    Your accounts stay yours

Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, the tracking, the domains — all created under your ownership, and you keep admin the whole time. If we part ways you lose a vendor, not your advertising history. Agencies that run clients through their own accounts are building a hostage, and everyone in this industry knows it.

  2. 02

    Tracking before spend

We do not launch campaigns into an account we cannot measure. If tracking is not in place, that is week one's work and there is no spend until it is done. Running ads without measurement is not marketing, it is donating.

  3. 03

    One client per market

We do not run competing businesses in the same metro. It is the obvious rule and a surprising number of agencies quietly break it, because two retainers pay better than one.

  4. 04

    We report the bad months

When cost per acquired customer goes the wrong way you will hear it from us first, with what we think caused it. A report that only ever contains good news is a report nobody is reading carefully.

03The promise

What is guaranteed, and what is not.

Guaranteed

  • Tracking is live and verified before any spend goes out.
  • You own every account and asset, from day one, permanently.
  • You get the numbers that matter monthly: leads, booked jobs, cost per acquired customer.
  • If we do not think we can help, we say so before you pay anything.
  • If you leave, you keep the pages, the creative, the tracking, and the account structure.

Not guaranteed

  • A specific cost per lead. Anyone who quotes one before seeing your market is guessing.
  • Results in 30 days. The first month is build; the second is learning.
  • That paid media is the right channel for you. Sometimes it is not, and we will say so.
  • That we can beat your current agency. We will tell you after the audit, not before.
04Fit

Who we are not a fit for.

This is the section most agencies leave off. It is here because a bad-fit client costs us both more than the retainer is worth.

  • 01

    You need leads this week

Tracking and pages take a few weeks before spend starts. If you have a hole in the schedule right now, paid media is the wrong tool for this month.

  • 02

Your ad budget is under a few thousand a month

Below a certain spend, a management fee eats the majority of the budget and there is not enough conversion data to make decisions on. Spend it all on ads yourself and come back when it is bigger.

  • 03

You are already booked past capacity

More leads you cannot service turn into missed calls and bad reviews. Fix the capacity, then advertise.

  • 04

You want someone to run ads without changing anything else

If the landing page, the tracking, and the follow-up are off the table, the ads will underperform and we will both know why. We would rather not take it.

  • 05

You want to be sold certainty

If a competing pitch promised a guaranteed cost per lead and a number of jobs, take it seriously — as a warning. We cannot match a promise nobody can keep.
